Pleasantly balanced California chard: some that sweet blend of citrus, vanilla and oak on a harmony that sits well and dances on the palette. Great glass, great finish…buy this one in pairs! — 4 months ago
This wine is still giving everything wonderful. No sign of any age. Full body. Complex. Lingering finish. I just love that it’s a $30something bottle that can stand next to much more expensive bottles. — 2 years ago
Very nice, smooth, flavorful Pinot — 5 days ago
Actually Sector Red 8, not Adelaide Hills. DELICIOUS. Light but full flavor. Let aerate, swirl around. Serve chilled. Good on day 2. — 2 months ago
Taking its name from the sea and sun – the two forces of nature that shape its character. Pale lemon, aromas of Stone and tropical fruits, with floral and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach & apricot with lemon zest and toasty vanilla notes. Smooth long finish, well balanced, nice acidity, ending with fruit, vanilla oak and mineral character. Sip’s well now. Pair this with some pan seared white fish. — 8 months ago

Perfect for washing away the crazy of a weekend moving your demanding mother across state lines along with her many many belongings. Great summer vibes with a hint of honey! — 10 months ago
Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Sun dried linen aroma, though less intense than in previous vintages. Lemon and nectarine flavors, slightly tart. Mellows after an hour decanting with chalky mouthfeel on finish. Pairs surprisingly well with hummus and salmon with mint-cacao nib sauce. — 2 years ago

Very pretty and on the delicate side. Packaging nails the tasting notes with cucumber, green tea, and melon rind, though I also get the banana that many tasters mention. From a small brewery, and a prefecture known for its pristine water sources. Pair with Kumamoto oysters or scallop sashimi. Environmentally sustainable, energy efficient brewery. Alcohol stands out to me at 15.5%. — 8 days ago
