Quite sweet and concentrated, but a very complex core behind it. — 9 years ago
Mellow and smooth we take it. I feel the need for food with this beverage and fortunately some sauerkraut sandwiches and hand rolls did ok for simple finger foods...but I feel like some more meaty food is needed here to flesh out the better nuances available in this drink, and some rice, of course. Preparedness is key, be forewarned. Greatness abounds and I was not prepared to handle this beautiful woman the way she wanted. — 10 years ago
I think it's pretty dry, good sake. — 10 years ago

Perfectly balanced with pleasant pine notes. Pear notes. A perfect sake for the start of fall. Finishes salivatingly dry. — 10 years ago
Love how sake can be so plump and so firm at once. Great with grilled eel over rice. — 10 years ago
