This is by far the best cheap ass wine there is. I think I paid only a few bucks for this excellent wine. Perfect for a BBQ or a grilled marinated steak. Tonight this great bottle went down with a 4lbs marinated London Broil, Papas Bravas, sweet potatoes, carrots, radishes. The wine was big thick juicy, not to sweet and with some funk in the back. Paloma is definitely a benchmark for Napa Merlot and this '07 was a ringing endorsement of that. Rich black fruit, plenty of smooth tannins hanging around and it kicked ass with the deep fried ham we were cooking up. — 11 years ago

It took about 3 hours in the decanter to really get soft and yummy. Unfortunately we kept tasting along the way, so a third glass of perfection was all that was left.
