Deep, dark red, cherry, vanilla and warm briar fruit aromas. Full and silky with spunky tannin kick on the mid palate. Juicy and jammy with a mild sweetness. Good with any meal.

Beautiful nose of blackberry, violet, cedar, leather, charcuterie, dried herbs. So soft and integrated now. This is at peak with purity of fruit shining through despite the age. Great stuff. — 4 years ago

That was one tough cork to remove. Took me 15 minutes and several tools, but managed. Of course I kept this bottle too long, this is beyond its peak. That said, still a lovely Bordeaux and I am curious how the air in the decanter will help. A great wine and fantastic it kept that long — 5 years ago
