We’re tasting Pinots today and this was the overall favorite, although Darioush was a close runner up. Also tasted were Morey-St-Denis, chateau de la greffiere, stoller, and chehalem. Great afternoon. Loved the nose, the color, and the depth. — 7 years ago
Medium dark color with a nice complex nose & a medium body that is slightly sweet with still evident tannins and a medium aftertaste. It still has several years in a cool cellar. — 7 years ago

A special wine for a special occasion, beastly good Oregon Pinot Noir with tons of red fruit and firm, but very civil tannins. From our favorite producer that is out do business now. — 10 years ago
Dusky cherry, lightest bananas foster, pomegranate reduction, raspberry-violet mocha and dried oregano. This is rich vapor with a depth of complexity. Good structure and black cherry brims with silken tannins. Coffee and cola under leather-plum umbrella over raspberry beret. The kind you find in a secondhand store. Mom’s birthday! Nice to see this one on the list for $65. Doesn’t make up for them turning us down for our pre-wedding event (Go Stoller!) but still good juice. — 7 years ago
What a delightful surprise. Light mildly sweet, refreshing. — 7 years ago
Amazing perfume of cut flowers on the nose. On the palette, it's tense and taught like a coiled spring. Perfect balance and acidity. Finishes with pomegranate and a hint of strawberries. A strong effort that needs food. — 9 years ago

Wine.com tasting with Wilfred Wong, Robert Whitley, Jim Caudill, and James MacPhail among others. The top wine in the tasting. Gorgeous. — 11 years ago
This is a pretty good. Apricot and peach for the fruits. Slight tangyness and honey. Light, short finish. — 6 years ago

Drinking very nice. — 10 years ago
A solid pinot but underwhelmed considering its CDN price. A huge aroma of sour cherry pie with nutmeg and smoke, but a little off balance on the oak side and may need a couple years to come more into check. Overall not the best value and would pick a $30 stoller or norman hardie for almost half the price. — 10 years ago
