It's a very light pink lambrusco (reminiscent of a rosé), strawberries and a little sweet flowers on the nose, and unripe/tart strawberries or red currant on the palette. Dry. Used it to make a grape and rosemary red wine sauce (Top Chef University recipe) and then drank it with dinner (pork chops with sauce and asparagus). Made the sauce really tasty. Very smooth and drinkable — 12 years ago
