Excellent. Smooth, not too dry. — 4 years ago
Right at that premium burgundy level without being too “truffle” like. Incredible young wine — 5 years ago
On the Lawn at Tanglewood this evening with the Boston Pops Orchestra. Our Pops conductor Keith Lockhart is leading a live-to-picture performance of Star Wars: A New Hope, a showing of the classic 1977 film, with the Orchestra performing Mr. Williams’ iconic score.
For live-to-picture productions, the orchestra performs the entire movie score in real time as the film unspools. (Vocals, dialogue and effects are isolated from the original music track.)
Generally we get to here Star Wars scores a couple times per season here at Tanglewood, but tonight we get a chance to hear them with the backdrop of the movie (Episode IV) that launched a franchise, to say the least!
I celebrated another full trip around the sun, since my coming into this world, earlier this week. Tonight my wife, some dear friends and me will be enjoying some enticing wines along with our movie night. So notes...maybe, but I'll try! — 6 years ago
Another star in Rosenthal book but I’m a bit puzzled by the muted enthusiasm on Delectable. Sure, not the last word on complexity but what glory in classic chard & Macon notes. Rich & minerally mouthfeel, balanced. Yeah, for less than 15$ local. So what’s the problem? — 7 years ago

Was lean and lithe at first and it wanted to give it up but held out on bursting out its butter notes until about 2/3 into the bottle then it was all I could possibly want from it. Got this for like $9 at auction as an afterthought. Absolutely delicious afterthought. — 5 years ago

3.3. Delicious white Burgundy. Nice mineral taste. On sale for $20.89, regularly $24.99. — 7 years ago
Wonderful Surprise. We opened it to@share with Pizza, but killed it way before the pie was ready. Simply Delicious. Firm, pleasant start, fresh cut grass, honeysuckle top notes, white Burgundy at its best. There is no mystery to this wine. Open, drink, savor and be pleased with your purchase! — 7 years ago

Touch of oak, mineral, wet rocks lemon citrus, crisp Chardonnay — 4 years ago
Have had other wines from this same house but tried this one yesterday on a mountain top in NH. Went perfectly in the frantic cliff setting. We’ll balanced quartz and granite with apples and a whiff of almonds and honey. Has good tension. — 4 years ago

Fresh and complex, honeysuckle and almond notes and buttery finish. Pairs well with salmon. — 7 years ago
Always a pleasure when I drink this bottle. Complex, rich, just a touch of oak.
