A lot going on in this bargain prices wine. Medium intensity. Lots of red fruit with. Bramble tinge showing at the finish. Might want to check in on this one in a few years. — 5 years ago
Dark red fruit with a little acid at the finish! Good sale buy! — 5 years ago
Dark berries and fruity. Smooth. Medium body. A nice blend of Cab (40%) Syrah (35%) and Merlot (25%). Went well w short ribs and root veggies. — 6 years ago
Was given this blind. Had olive notes so Syrah came to mind but it had a lot of Bordeaux character to it as well. I actually thought it may be some Mas des Daumas Gassac but this was so clean. Lovely wine. — 7 years ago
Tempting pear, orange and tarragon aromas. Evocative of walking past drying hay on a warm day. Rich almond and pear in the mouth, enough acidity and a lingering finish. I'm matching it with some trout which should work. — 3 years ago
Covid-19 wine time. So delicious we felt like we should have saved it for a more special occasion! — 5 years ago
Fabulous for the money. Steely acidity, nice minerality, crisp, crisp, crisp. Think Asian Cuisine — 6 years ago

Drinking the 2014 in 2017. Golden color with light legs. Fruit forward bouquet with hints of green Apple, and pear. Light slightly sweet flavor with low tannins. Reminds me of a sauvignon Blanc — 8 years ago
Bright, crisp and zesty — 8 years ago
Strawberry and peach. Super simple but nice with a pizza on a hot day. — 4 years ago
This is the Mas de Daumas Gassac White Blend. Delectable needs to merge this database as there are multiple names for the same wines. Used to work for Delectable in the early days and spent a lot of hours merging multiple entries for the same wine.
Very interesting white blend: Viognier, Chardonnay, Chenin and multiple other white varietals. As expected, it had weight and body. A little like Condrieu meets White Chateneuf. Thoroughly enjoyed it. — 4 years ago
Quite lovely! Not as good as the Daumas Gassac last night, but very strong showing.
Refined nose of tar and earth. Cherry fruit combined with leather and just a hint of spice on the palate. Medium plus finish. Very good value at the price point.
Will be trying to acquire some! — 6 years ago
40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Carignan. Bright black fruits on the nose. Dark plums, medium acid and body, lingering tannins and a mouth-coating chalkiness from the minerals. Very food friendly. — 6 years ago
Earthy nose, dried leaves and berries. Jammy, stewed fruits vs the fruit-forward California pinots, drier as well bit still balanced. Fantastic wine. — 7 years ago
Rich, full-bodied, nice balance of fruit and tannins. Syrah, Grenache, Carignan — 8 years ago

Internet info,
Located in the Entre-deux-Mers region (in Saint-Loubès), the Château Reignac was built in the 16th century by Seigneur Baude de Peyron. Since 1990, it has been owned by Yves and Stéphanie Vatelot who elevated it, within a few years, to being one of the best domaines in Bordeaux with the help of the consultant oenologist Michel Rolland. The vineyard extends over 80ha in one piece; it is planted mostly with Merlot, but also Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and, over 2 ha, Sauvignon and Sémillon. In a few years this domaine could impose its style and show the full potential of its appellation. It is now recognised as one of the jewels of the region, able to rival the renowned crus of Bordeaux.
About the cuvée
