Exceedingly oxidized: bright copper/topaz in color with flavors of apple vinegar and stale beer. Not a good bottle.

You can tell this a natural wine on the nose. There's a fermentation driven note of plastic band-aid phenol preceded by classic white flower/potpourri.

Very rich, concentrated palate with a lot of sweet, baked apple and honey with that band-aid note on the finish. Mild acidity seems overmatched.

As much as I respect this producer's philosophy and skills, this was too sweet without enough acidity for me.

That wooly thing. Like a liquid wool sweater. I didn't quite get the reference until I drank this. Mouth full of tasty electric catterpillarsz.

Off the list at Roister. Nice fruit structure and acidity but wishing they offered the Coulee de Serrant
