Rewarded by patience. This was amazing, well balanced, dark, and silky. @Mike Smith you are the grape whisperer! — 8 years ago
Wonderful balance of sugar and acid with distinct and delicious apricot. A meal in itself — 9 years ago
En Magnum. Nice early effort from @Mike Smith - drinking very well. Still some tannic grip on opening. Nice dark fruit/plum, a bit of leather and a touch of green pepper - just enough to add character without dominating. Really nice mouthfeel as well. — 10 years ago
Honeyed apricot nose with a white peach and grapefruit palate. Fruit forward with balanced acidity. Very good Ontario wine. — 10 years ago
Delicious and hedonistic. Rich textures and dark fruit. Some leathery like aromas with hints of herbs — 11 years ago
Another winner from Ridge. Perfectly balanced — 12 years ago
Whenever I'm looking for my California Cabernet fruit basket. Love this stuff. — 12 years ago
Good, not great. Classic 2000 vintage. Nice fruit but not special. No complexity. Dark nose and dark flat fruit. No bad for the Super Bowl. — 13 years ago

01 Togni wouldn't hurt to have another decade on it. — 10 years ago
Awesome right bank of merlot and cab franc! Tannins softening! Long aging potential — 10 years ago
Went with the Pacific NW for the big game. Aromas and notes of black fruits, pepper, and meat. Appropriately big, powerful, but agile. Terrific. — 11 years ago
Woohoo!!! Super velvet...best cab I've had in a long time for $30. Smooth throughout would highly recommend. — 12 years ago
Great bottle from @MFV_Wine. Brings back the memories of Tucker and family on Katie's 21st! — 13 years ago
Really good, a wine even Vasile likes. Buy again when he's here — 8 years ago
Let breathe for an hour and 20, absolutely delicious no sharp edge until about the 2 hour mark then down hill fairly quickly. Fantastic in the mean time though, had with steak, garlic ciabatta bread and sugar peas with chocolate Petit fours for dessert — 8 years ago
Lovely yellow hue opens up a powerful nose filled with dirt, grass, rice, and honeysuckle. The palate proceeds to get smothered with a perfect amount of oak coupled with honey and lemon. A mildly tart finish makes this the perfect summer white. Great recommendation by the local rep and Happy 4th to everyone!....a mid-dinner update....massive green apple comes through with food! — 9 years ago
This is more refined the second time around. Pulled a few fun bottles and this has gotten to a place that it's beyond the simple side. Leather, dark cherries stand out on the nose. Dark fruit on the palate is sitting beautifully. Tannins still slightly aggressive but it was enjoyable. I'd still pick this as a Cabernet blindly. Wish I would've bought more! — 9 years ago
Sometimes you don't want to analyze, and just enjoy. This was one of those moments. — 10 years ago
Monkey 47 Dry Distiller Gin. Slightly hazy, water white, colourless. Pronounced intensity of perfume, juniper, lingonberry, violets, lavender, orange and grapefruit zest. With water added, more perfume and citrus notes to the fore. Dry on the palate. Warming alcohol, medium body, pronounced flavour intensity. Long finish. Very complex. Outstanding example of a premium gin. — 11 years ago
Schweiger Vineyards '09 Cab Sauv, Spring Mountain, Napa Valley. Recently released, exemplifying their typical 5 year plan from harvest to release. The only other vintages of this particular wine which I have tasted are '05 & '06. All are consistently rich, smooth, & intricate across the floral, fruit, nut, & shoe leather spectri. An extraordinary value in luxury class. — 12 years ago
Drank at the Murphy's — 13 years ago
A delicious Cabernet off of Spring Mountain. Dense cherry and sweet vanilla are framed in French Oak with a supple lingering finish. You won't find this on at Binney's. — 14 years ago

Celebrating my parents’ anniversary. I’ve always enjoyed Amici’s Spring Mountain expression. Rich, brooding dark fruits, cool eucalyptus, and Christmas spices. Lovely tannins and overall mouthfeel. Bottle signed by proprietor Bob Shepard. — 7 years ago
