Dark, deep, rich, heavy, blackberries, dark cherries, some tobacco and leather scent (altho that could be my cologne, put it on a bit heavy for date night with the wife).
Anyway look this wine is one of those cal cabs that can sit for years. I opened 3 hours prior and still has plenty of aging to go. Oh well. Really lingers on the palate. Brings some memories of Orin Swift. I love this cab.

A delicious Cabernet off of Spring Mountain. Dense cherry and sweet vanilla are framed in French Oak with a supple lingering finish. You won't find this on at Binney's.
