Smooth and floral, but still retains its gin-ness — 9 years ago
One of the best american gins I've had. Great juniper flavor, but it's still smooth enough to be acceptable to less adventuresome palates. — 9 years ago
This was such a wonderful surprise! Best thing to come out of Vermont since grade A maple syrup! A true sipping gin - absurdly smooth - spice, juniper and honey. This is the Pappy of gin. — 9 years ago
Juniper, pine, smooth mouthfeel, forest, sage — 10 years ago
Smooth with a clean mid palette and finish. Hints of currant, pencil shavings... wait, is this for delectable spirits too? :) — 10 years ago
One of my favorites from Hong Kong Wine & Spirits. Delicious and light, but lots of complexity, smooth and resilient. — 11 years ago
18 year old. As this isn't a vintage Armagnac, it means that the youngest spirit in the blend is 18 years old, but the other spirits might be considerably older. Super impressive Armagnac. Pronounced concentration of aromas. Rancio, Xmas cake, sweet spice, earthy, prune and raisin, dark chocolate, caramel and vanilla essence from wood ageing. Fully matured. Almost off dry on the palate. Very textured and round - Cognac style. Not the normal edginess of Armagnac. Huge concentration, smooth alcohol - fully integrated. Full bodied. Rich and round. Long lingering finish. Huge complexity. Outstanding. The sort of drink you could easily have a half bottle of without blinking. — 9 years ago
Smooth Malbec. Fresh Spirits. — 9 years ago
This bourbon, at 99 proof packs a punch, but has one of the smoothest, most satisfying flavors I've ever experienced in a whiskey. — 9 years ago

This is an astounding dessert wine, although it really doesn't taste like dessert at all. It's made dry, Port-style and hits 19% abv. I would never have guessed that high, as smooth as the wine drinks. Dessert wines always seem bombastic in one way or another - "Check out all this residual sugar!" or "How 'bout that fortification, buddy!" This one is as elegant and smooth as a good tawny. The fruit is dark and plentiful - brooding and slightly funky on the nose, rich and perfectly balanced on the palate - like a Syrah oughta be. The tannins are extremely gentle. Afterward, it's the fruit you remember, not the spirits. The grapes are organically farmed at Circle T Vineyards in Arkansas. — 9 years ago

Gran Patron Burdeos Anejo Tequila. Medium Amber hue. Pronounced intensity of pencil shavings, wood oak, black pepper, agave, green peppers, earth, cinamon, cardamom. With water added, honey, vanilla and Xmas cake. Matured. Dry, warming alcohol - well integrated. Medium body, smooth texture, pronounced intensity of flavour. Long finish. Very complex. Outstanding example of its type. — 9 years ago
