Non-battonage bottling. Love Corbon and want to keep it a secret... But I also love to sell it. This is the non-battonage bottling and as you would expect, it's leaner, tighter than the battonage. I like the extra richness of the battonage (the non-hipster version?) but that's just personal preference. Both wines are delicious and ridiculous value. — 11 years ago
