This one is dry farmed as well.
On the nose; deep ripe cassis, vanilla, red florals, violets, candied, ruby fruits of; blackberries, dark cherries, black plum, mocha, caramel, dry dark soil & black licorice.
The body is full and broad. The tannins are round & firm. Ripe; blackberries, dark cherries, black plum, caramel, dark chocolate, mocha, dark earth, violets, red florals, nice big, round acidity and a ruby, elegant and well polished finish.
Photos of; their visitor center, Estate vine and open top fermenters with Pinot Noir.

So don't agree on 93 pts from Parker. Large wine. Some heat. But like the fruit. So good showing from a QPR standpoint. Thanks #garagiste — 7 years ago
Terrific. And look at that price point. — 8 years ago

Backwards for 2 hours was about to give up on it, then came around. Compact wine. Muted fruit. All texture. Not what I usually drink but not bad at all with a steak. (Commercial critics score this big fwiw.) Gift. — 6 years ago
Delicious for sipping. Will drink again. — 7 years ago
Much better than the '09. Excellent depth of flavour and was an easy drinker. — 8 years ago

Very nice complex, dark red. Great with Vietnamese (offsets the spice really well). Highly recommend... — 6 years ago
Quality, very drinkable, light — 6 years ago
Great full bodied and tannic RDD. Nose of tobacco, vanilla, and oak. Tastes young, powerful, and fresh on the palate despite being in the bottle for 7 years. Pretty much a perfect marriage between Bordeaux and Rioja. Black tea, slightly smoky on the finish. — 7 years ago
As a after meal wine to sip found it was excellent (my first Spanish wine) — 7 years ago
Ive never had tinto fino grapes. This wine is like a fine steak. Meaty, rich and so good. I'd buy it again in a heart beat. — 8 years ago
