As a Brit, fish, chips and mushy peas is my signature dish .Yes, the mushy came from a can, which is the primary source. We started with a rosé, but we are now on Switchback, which is opulent and correct. — 5 years ago

Excellent rich full body wine. Fantastic wine to relax with and kick back in the evening. Big fan of Scott’s wines — 7 years ago
Thanksgiving is always a bit of a dilemma on what to open when we host. If only because of the steal we got on these wines, i was ok having it open for the ‘masses’. That said, I’m glad to have kept most of it for myself! These are really nice wines, approachable, available and reasonably priced. — 8 years ago
Definitely let it breathe a bit but the nose is all funk at first which I love.
Now it's all black cherry and a bit of sassafras — 10 years ago
Excellent. Expensive — 11 years ago
Full bodied and strong finish. All kinds of tobacco and vanilla with an oaky touch. Nice back tannin touch. Sushi night just got better! — 11 years ago

Very good and balanced — 7 years ago
Huge Cabernet! Tons of flavor with heavy dark fruit with no alcohol aftertaste. We loved this one and probably could have been even better if cellared another year. — 10 years ago
Classic Walter Scott. Lighter on the palate. Slight wood. Cherry. — 11 years ago

Peterson Zero Manipulation (2011) with the wild boar pasta special. Like a big hug from your best friends on an almost winters day! #wishyouwerehere — 13 years ago
Summer yum …. Killer gamay noir from Pinot/chard experts. We all need more light bodied summer reds that dance across your palate at cellar temp. Low ABV… light purple, cherry, berry, juicy sweetness with lively acid driving the fruit towards the finish. The bottle was gone too quickly with smash burgers and hand cut fries. Reminder to self: buy more next year, — 4 years ago
2012 exquisite balance. Bright. — 6 years ago
Accompanied Thanksgiving dinner. Might be one of the highest rated Chards I’ve ever tried. Enjoyed it. Well made. Matched well with our Bernaise sauce. We debated how to rate this given all the other wines served were red or dessert wines. Should be rated higher if served with other Chardonnay-appropriate dishes. — 6 years ago
This is a very good pac NW Pinot. Lovely now but Maybe another year or 2 to lay down. — 7 years ago
Smooth and creamy, this is a rich, chocolate red blend. The flavors are restrained and subtle, and the medium body is pleasant on the palate. There is a hint of fresh blueberries and some cherries in the finish. — 9 years ago
Grapefruit. Apricot. Blood orange. Melon. Surprising palate weight and texture. Compelling. But mostly, look at that color! Deeeeee-licious. #skincontact #jolielaide @Scott Schultz — 11 years ago
