Never disappoints. Beautiful melange of red fruit, earth, spice and acidity. Full of power but not heavy. As good as some Grand cru’s . Coteaux Champenois is never inexpensive but this has become very pricey . Granted I have not had a large number of still champagne but I have enjoyed the journey. This one is widely considered the king of the hill. — 7 months ago

Refreshing almost dry Rosé. We enjoyed it with chicken and by itself. Flavors of strawberry, citrus and minerals. — 8 months ago
Strawberries and cream. Dry not sweet. Refreshing. — 3 years ago

Pale salmon in color; grapefruit, strawberries, and flowers on the nose; high acidity; a hint of tannins; tastes like grapefruit rind and strawberries. Nellie and I really like it. — 5 months ago

Loved this wine! So complex. Brioche, nutty, high acidity. — 4 years ago
Sept 28, 2019. J2’s 5th bonus year celebration. Found this rare grape at our small town local grocery (???). My first Chatus experience. Lovely. Deep red, almost black in color. Tart cherries, nice finish. — 6 years ago

My brother likes this, I don’t but will drink it because I’m a good sister! 😖 very light bodied, way too tannic, no fruit on the palate. I’ll open something else for the steak! — 4 months ago
