The balance of mineral undertone with pops of apricot was $$. Would have let it breathe a bit longer but can’t complain overly — 2 years ago

Subtle earth and black fruit on the nose. Well balanced palate featuring sour cherry and a long finish. Delish! — 9 years ago
Popped my #domaineroulot cherry. Incredibly well made with beautiful floral notes and great complexity for a #meursault #aoc wine. There was great underlying power and tension which will make this wine very special in a few years #burgundy #chardonnay — 10 years ago

Dark golden in color with a brownish hue.
Light nose and very dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing lemons, apples, spices, light over ripen citrus fruits, earth, light wood, herbs, light vegetables and white pepper.
Short finish with limes and bitter herbs.
This 28 year old is a little past its prime, but still drinkable and interesting.
I had higher expectations, but at this age, it really depends on the individual bottle. That said, I still enjoyed it.
Needed 30 minutes to open up properly.
Good by itself as a sipping wine.
