Années: 20% '11, 80% '12, Dosage: 4g/l, Decanted/Burgundy glass, took about 1.5hrs to shine, was tried beside the Savart, both such outstanding examples of true/pure RM's, there was the beautiful yogurt intensity that shone through with some air, much like the Savart, such great terroirs. — 7 years ago

Apple pie before it enters the oven - in the nostrils. Yeast. 0f course. Smells sweeter and creamier than the Savart. Faster finish than the others tasted tonight but the creaminess of the bubbles is quite nice. Acid is tamed and in balance. — 7 years ago
