2011, Chateau Doisy Daene, Barsac, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. Candied tangerine, honey, apricot and excellent acidity. Too bad it was only a half bottle. Drank over 5 days and it kept getting better, more complex. — 10 years ago

Lovely wine full of flavour and feels very thick or full bodied. Caramels and soft oak on the noise, slightly tannic and the finish but she’s still young at just 9 years old. Another few years let in this for sure. — 7 years ago
