This is a great bottle. Mineral drive, good cut, medium+ body. Just really good wine that most people sleep on — 4 years ago
Oaky tangy tart. Very nice. Honeyed roundness up front but the acidity slices right through leaving a bit of minerality at the end. — 7 years ago
Great minerality, zesty, green fruits, lemon, grass — 8 years ago

Выпито вторым вином в этот же вечер. Очень мощное (14%) 100% ассиртико 2022 года с острова Санторини запомнится надолго. 💥 — 8 months ago

In addition to the great old-vine and oxidative elements, we still enjoyed a fairly bracing Santorini assyriko acidity and even volcanic minerallity. Bought at the winery. — 6 years ago

Minerals, apples, salinity, dry and clean but with a tang. Stood us remarkably to grouper with chorizo and a chocolate infused olive oil. — 8 years ago
Really interesting. Good body / weight. Some serious funk which blew off. — 8 years ago

It was a very hot day on the coast of Los Angeles and this chilled Greek gem from the island of Santorini hot the spot. Crisp, light and citrusy with a steely minerality and a slight bitterness on the finish which literally stopped me from gulping it too fast. Paired with a German style dinner of pork schnitzel and potato salad. The cider vinegar and mustard dressing of the potato salad pushed aside the slight bitterness and bounced playfully with the citrus acidity of the wine. Riesling would have paired well of course, but I just adore an Assyrtiko. It makes me feel like I am on vacation. — 6 years ago
A little bolder, excellent flavor, would pair well red meat or stew. — 8 years ago
My first experience with Aidini. Complex little grape. The wine was straw yellow and a tad hazy. A bit of sweetness like a Viognier but combined with the crisp saltiness of an Assyrtiko. I liked it. — 8 years ago

Vintage 2020 | Nykteri is the word for ‘staying up whole night’ in the local language. Santorini vintners harvest in the morning and press the grapes during night. Made of Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani grapes. Absolute very mineral. Very compelling wine that matured in barrels for three months. We drank it with shrimps dim sum and it made us happy. — 8 months ago
