Burgundy Sauvignon Blanc. Great tension in the wine with some beautiful acid and minerality. — 8 years ago
Bright beautiful . Saline and orange zest with celery sees . So satisfying. It is apparently the only “Chablis” area aoc made fromSauvignon Blanc!!! — 5 years ago
Chalky lemony nose. Very mineral. Some gun powder too. The palate is very balanced and more Chablis than Sauvignon from the Loire valley. Texture, depth, acidity, a bit of a grip and some salt lingering around the finish. Like drinking stones. The good ones — 5 years ago
Irancy Palotte - abbaye saint Antoine - 2014 WoW what a cherry nose ! Intense ripe fruit. The palate is very powerful which is weird considering the appelation. Lots of fruits, a very wide expression, round tannins, a long expending finish with red fruits. Somewhat a blood orange thing in the end too. Very nice — 6 years ago
Crisp, sharp but well balanced. A slight mineralality, very pleasant. — 6 years ago
This wine tastes like the ending of Cast Away after Tom Hanks delivers the package and doesn't know which road to take. Tears and gravel. — 8 years ago

A nice, dry, restrained sauvignon blanc. No great sweetness. No great sourness. It went amazing with the traditional Burgundy cuisine we enjoyed this evening in town. — 5 years ago
