Powerful yet fresh, with loads of spicy & herby tones, backed by ripe pears. Great balance and a long, mineral finish.

Beautiful nose. Haunting. Ethereal. Wonderful acidity on an incredibly rich palate. Opulent and fat but cleans out with nice acids on the finish. Never stops being opulent. Classic 05 Spatlese, in that it really drinks like and Auslese. Still delicious. — 10 years ago

Nice acid and sweet nose — 8 years ago
Soft, light and pretty. Nice minerality and acidity. I like this puppy cold cold to emphasize its crisp component. As it warms up, the RS and the roundness are teetering on rich. — 8 years ago
