30 October 2020: Josie is TEN! Yay! Happy Birthday! We should be eating McDonald’s Apple Pies and instead we are eating steak and pecorino w honey and tagliatelle with truffle (and butter) and ragu plus a potato with lard at Associazione Chianti. NBD.
