Pretty deep , almost opaque , thin rim . Quite wild , dried herbs , touch of rounded red fruits . More fruit on the palate , quite ripe red fruits , quite soft but fine , nice balanced acidity . 2011 Buena Vista Carneros Pinot Noir. U: Transparent tegelröd D: Fat, tobak. Jordgubb. Vanilj. Väldigt tydlig. Mkt god doft. S: Tuttifrutti, jordgubb. Fatig. Rikligt med syra som får saliven att flöda. Ändå inte alls störande, frukten bär upp ypperligt. Avslutas snyggt och stort med en mjuk smörkola/vaniljtouch. Detta var riktigt bra. Interesting red blend that features the Baga (85%) grape. Blended with Touriga National (15%). Very dark color but lighter in body than I would have expected. Bright and jammy red fruit aromas and flavors with hints of prunes and dark chocolate. Solid acidity and very long finish. Moderate finish and tannins. In a very good place right now.
