Tasty. Hubby and I have really been digging this winery so had to try their port. Deep rich aromas of cocoa, vanilla and tobacco. Lots of raisin, date and figs. Drinks sweet up front with the dried fruit flavor dominating before giving way to oak flavors, tannins and a touch of acid to wash the sweetness away. — 6 months ago
Deep purple in color; blueberries, plums, and dried flowers on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins, so tannic it's chewy; tastes like raspberries, violets, crushed gravel, and wet slate with a long finish. Well balanced flavors. I love it. — 3 months ago
Inky big time black & blue fruit but only after several hours in decanter. This has some stuffing, great extract and tons of secondary notes like tobacco leaf, mushroom & freshly turned earth, dried herbs, etc. graceful on palate, needed some acidity / pliable tannins, smells big, tastes med (-) but delicious regardless. — a year ago

Big wine for a relatively small price. Do yourself the favour. The 2014 vintage was wonderful in 2020. — 3 years ago
Enjoyed this Kurt wine from Portugal. Would get again. — 3 months ago
A perfect wine for hot summer evening. Refreshing with a hint of bubbles and a very reasonable price point. — 9 months ago
Once again this is vinho Verde at its very best. Pear, cantaloupe, chalk. There's that mineral thing on the nose that tells you it's going to be great 😊 the palate is very well made with a great acid backbone, a good width and mouthfeel, some pear and slightly lemony notes, before a long and fresh finish that goes on for a while. Why is everyone overlooking Vinho Verde? — 2 years ago

Semi-sweet on the front end, smoky finish, making the barreling and age a defining characteristic. Brown-red color and nutty, caramel notes. Exceptional tawny port (as it should be) — a month ago
