Fascinating- this Cabernet is vinted in a Shiraz-like style, slightly jammy with dark Berry and currant flavors. It excelled as a cocktail wine and even paired nicely with a bowl of tofu miso seaweed soup! This sounds rather odd but this wine *works*. — 10 years ago
