While its name doesn’t sound like an SB from NZ, it sure tastes like one. Pronounced passion fruit, a little green apple, and more lime than other Sauv Blancs. Refreshing and great value at TJs. — 5 months ago
With R. Phenomenal. Smooth, fruity, full bodied, zingy, amazing! Absolutely love it — 3 years ago
Balanced but fruit is front and center through to the finish with a soft velvety tongue. The bourbon barrels come through with a deliciously harmonious, and unique surprise. — 6 years ago
Is this number five? I’ve lost track already. “Gold Jerry, Gold.” Can taste a touch of the age on this bottle. #freundfest2018 — 7 years ago

Pale gold with fine bubbles. Blossom, apple, pear, tangerine, lemon, brioche, and toasted almond. Dry, medium body. Well-balanced acidity with a crisp, medium-plus finish. You can find this stuff almost anywhere these days. But I must say, I still like it.

Like most 02’s this was showing beautifully — 5 months ago
A perfect pairing for food with balanced acidity and flavors of cranberry, currant, and vanilla. — 9 months ago
2021 vintage. Medium body but filled with old-school passion, love and flavors. More than a hint of mint on the thrashing, tannic finish. Previous, similarly priced efforts from this producer left me indifferent/cold. It takes a lot to awaken certain things these days but this one got the overly jaded California Cab palate fired up again. 01.15.25. — 4 months ago

No detailed notes. Just a good drink now budget Cabernet from California which drinks to its price point. Blackberry and dark chocolate. A Coppola movie has more complexity 😎 — 3 months ago
