bright zippy rose that i picked up after visiting their posh new tasting room. summer in a glass! — 6 years ago
To ring in my 1,000th Delectable wine review I wanted to open up something particular posh and opulent. Needless to say, this 2009 Buccella is about as perfect as I expected. Sexy fine grain tannins, plush red/black fruits, baking spices, Christmas spice cake, traces of menthol, licorice, creme de cassis, all laced in suave new oak. This is an awesome wine. — 6 years ago
This is effing delicious. Day 1: Heady on the nose, layers of raspberry/strawberry confiture, mulberry, sous bois, lavender, roasted fig, sweet spices, potpourri and rocks. Palate is so dense, layer upon layer of berries, garrigue, spices, mocha, licorice, black minerals, and crushed flowers. Like drinking velvet, opulent and sexy, crazy long finish. Day 2: the textural richness of this wines grew with air. Even more richness and posh on the palate. Nose unraveled, aromas of animal, leather, savory earth, sarsaparilla, and rich umami accents popped up. On the palate the wine shed some of its alcoholic edge and began to express those rich notes of coffee, cocoa, leather, and the deep layers of fruit grew. A purely hedonistic experience for S. Rhône drinkers. — 8 years ago
With Dad for Sunday dinner of lamb shanks. Still using the Heidi excuse for bringing out the posh bottles. Bloody good — 4 years ago
Quite posh slightly lighter Bordeaux, extravagant on a school night — 5 years ago
🚨 Cahors mega bargain alert! 🚨

Israeli pet Nat with dabuki, an indigenous grape in the blend.
Had the 2016 vintage a while ago. Progress is here, this is 2017.
2018 was released but my wine shop still lives in the past...
11.5% ABV
Strong yellow with tiny tiny bubbles 👀
Started lemon-ish but as it got warmer it was more stinky cheese factory with a horse stable next door 👃
Medium body.
High acidity.
Tiny Bubbles attack then funkness with lemon and added grapefruit bitterness 👄
Light and pleasant 🎯 with creaminess lingering.
A very pleasant one!
Made better impression on guests than yesterday's posh old vintage sparkling rose...
Excellent vfm (69 nis).
Better then 2016 vintage. Need to check 2018 now.
paired lovely with bread, butter and stinky cheese plate.
And some hummus, tahini , tomato salsa and jahnun. Great with bold food... — 6 years ago
Hot toddy’s, creme brûlée where you can see the black vanilla bean remnants. The feeling you must feel sitting on a deep comfy velvet couch in a palace. Sherry poured into colorful vintage glasses on a foggy sunday at tea time at your great aunts posh apartment. Structured and homey at the same time. — 7 years ago
Great choice in posh Sale’ - I had with with pastry and seafood and seafood risotto — 7 years ago
On the nose, posh leather and ripe black fruits stand out. On the mouth, it is sweet and rounded. Good finish. The wine has evolved and it's easy to drink but it still has many years ahead of it. It got better towards the end and managed to hold the drinkers' interest throughout the meal. — 8 years ago
This marvelous bottle became the centerpiece of our meal on Saturday night at this posh, rather over-embellished Italian restaurant (one star Michelin) whose heavy sauces cried out for a strong foil that could offset their intense richness--#Keller to the rescue once again--this vibrant, mineral-driven 2013 #KIRCHSPIEL, aided by decanting, saved an otherwise lackluster experience--BRAVO! — 9 years ago

Wow. Very “Posh”. A pleasant surprise. Rose, apple, cran, hint of clove and oak. Soft tannins, but tannins. Soft. Enjoyable. — 4 years ago
