Носу нужно время разгуляться. Сперва слабый (ситро + крем-сода), потом крепчает и через ванильный сахар развивается до густой сладкой бочечной ванили на фоне цветущей крымской акации. Хороший нос, не плоский, переливчатый, пустой бокал пахнет сладким бурбонным дубом.
Рот- сладкий, округлый, яркий, адекватный носу, молочно-карамельно-зефирный, кислотность умеренная, гладенькое.
Вкусное. И вообще, клёвое, без вот этой вот насильственной грубой кислотной леденцовости, которая меня так расстраивает в Шардоне. — 8 years ago
