Fantastic dry chard. Steel barrel fermentation taste. Citrus and vanilla notes. $16 at K&L — 9 years ago
The fruit for this Pinot Noir is primarily from the Delta region of California and is fermented in closed-top fermenters. A small portion is aged in seasoned barrels to impart slight oak characteristics to the wine, but most is kept in stainless steel in order to stay true to the wine's lighter, food-friendly style. This Pinot Noir, like many of the world's finest wines, requires minimal handling. — 10 years ago

Beautiful, steely Chard from Santa Maria Valley. Even after 4 years, fresh, clean and full of apricots. — 10 years ago
Flint & Steel adds a crisp flinty backbone to classic Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. A lovely nose of honeysuckle, peach and grapefruit rind is followed by flavors of mango, kiwi, lemongrass & freshly squeezed grapefruit. The wine is medium bodied with a smooth and refreshing finish. — 11 years ago
Just what I needed. — 11 years ago
Bright, aged in steel. Plums, cherries, nice acid, not so tannic. 90% Montepulciano, 10% Sangiovese. From Good Wines. — 9 years ago
Very tasty grenache, soft and luscious, vibrant red berry fruit, lingering finish, gift at party — 9 years ago
Delicious. Not too buttery. — 10 years ago
Very Rhonelike. Sweaty feet on the nose, transitioning to barnyard and smoked meat on the palate. Medium to full bodied, but I wish it had a bit more weight. Fantastic, but not for everyone. This needs to be your thing. — 10 years ago

2010 vintage. Santa Barbara County. Chardonnay sourced from 2 vineyards: Sandford & Benedict (55%) and Solomon Hills (45%). From the team behind Jonata. Aged 50% in neutral oak, 25% new oak and 25% stainless steel. Light brilliant yellow. Intense perfumes of white peach, lemon and flowers with a hint of coconut. Concentrated with layers of fruit, a certain minerality and crispy acidity. The oak is present but well-integrated. Long lemon confit finish . This should be even better in a few years. — 8 years ago
