Champagne Spatlese and you’d never know. 30 grams of dosage! Nose is highly complex and aromatic with stunning toastiness. Some ripe peaches and citrus as well. Really captivating nose. Also an intriguing earthy scent. Palate has some sweetness but man is this masterful for the style. Gorgeous fruit, kiss of sweetness and awesome purity. Red cherries, nice acids, nice density. Not for everyone but I love it. Really energetic, linear and delineated. — 4 years ago

With a heavy and firm body the champagne signals clearly its Pinot heavy blend. Elegant though towards the end the heaviness to me got in the way of full appreciation. Need to stick to Moncuit, Gimmonet, and with a budget Salon! — 5 years ago
