One of our favorite Rosés. Now that the 15 has settled in the bottle for year, time to enjoy. It's simply just better a year down the road. On the nose, bright, lean fruits of; strawberries, cherries, tangerine, watermelon. Sea spray, limestone & fresh pink florals. On the palate, the body had a presence of gluey. Fresh, bright, lean fruits of; strawberries, cherries, tangerine. Watermelon, grainy minerals, limestone, perfect level of chalkiness (big but not overpowering the fruit), saline, pink flowers, beautiful, round, soft acidity and a round polish finish 50-50 fruit and earth. Photos of our trip there in April 2016. Estate vines, large oak vat cellar and road signage. Added, are those beautiful Mourvedre grapes being harvested. — 9 years ago
