Personality driven Champagne equal parts finessed, youthful, and expressive. There is a good dose of yeast on the generous nose. Jean-Paul Hebrart would prefer another year of lees aging, but there are operational hurdles. Surrounding the yeast is lemon, yellow apple, pear, and some nuanced baking spice and clove. Flavors are concentrated, still refined. Mouth coating, powerful, super long lasting. Fanciful, playful. — 7 years ago
