Siempre acompaño los vinos con la comida que me presentan, no suelo escoger un vino determinado creo más en probar de todo en explorar, acompañamos con un pastel de choclo y  ensalada de lechuga y tomate, muy bueno el Pinot Noir (además de la tierra de mi familia paterna Voghera Provincia di Pavia), elegante, equilibrado, aromas a frutos del campo, rojos y negros,  fresco, ligero, se deja tomar, ¡me encanto! Vino de la tierra de mi familia paterna, Voghera, Provincia de Pavia Italia. Tenía en frente mío un plato con pechuga de pollo a la parrilla, ensalada de lechuga y tomate, un tamalito verde que no dejaba de mirarme y arroz blanco, el Cavit se porto muy bien, con una textura suave, untuoso, se apreciaron los frutos negros, moras, cerezas, ligeramente herbaceo, equilibrado, de postre degustamos unas manzanas verdes con queso gouda moqueguano, excelente! — 7 years ago

Be patient to get the most from this wine! Slightly Orange with a textured mouth feel. Don't serve cold but just chilled. Could be decanted. Fermented apples, marzipan/almond paste with a honey note developed after several days of opened (5!) robust and well made. Be patient! — 9 years ago
