Bellet rosé. There will come a time in the near future when I may put away the rosé for awhile, but today is not that day. Really pretty pale pink color. Floral, strawberry, nectarine aroma. Tastes like strawberries, and rhubarb with plenty of well-integrated acid to back it up. — 10 years ago

I haven't had many examples of Bordeaux Blanc with bottle age but this bottle is the inspiration to start exploring them. What started out fairly pale in its youth has matured into a wine of deep, glowing amber-golden nectar. Honey, papaya, hints of nectarine and apricot carry softer notes of beeswax and hay. Lithe, seemingly weightless, this wine still has a textural, resinous mouthfeel with all parts in balance and perfectly tuned. Fantastic white Bordeaux. — 10 years ago
