Very smooth and drinkable. Not at all bitter. The beer bottle shape implies drinking without cream. — 12 years ago

Chiarello wine - went to the "crusher," Outpost, and discovered it there before going to Bottega for our dinner! Well balanced. Develops a slight cherry flavor as the wine sits in the glass. — 11 years ago

Opened to compare with 2005 Outpost Howell Mtn where provenance was thought to be an issue; confirmed. Goosecross with typical Howell Mtn profile and still lively and vibrant. Nice acid and tannins in check. — 12 years ago

11' It's coming together quite nicely. Better then just 3/4 months ago. Not quite as big...upfront mountain fruit like O'Shaughnessy/Outpost. Drinking with great depth & length. Smooth and effortless. — 11 years ago
