Old Chub Scotch Ale

Great blend of bitter and sweet. I typically don’t like too much sweetness but it’s perfect here. Scotch flavor comes through in the aftertaste — 7 years ago

Ten Fidy Imperial Stout

The standard expression is very good, but the barrel aged version is out of this world amazing. I was only able to get my hands on one can so I won't be able to asses how it ages, but even young it is exceptional. — 8 years ago

Ten Fidy Imperial Stout

Fantastically rich and luscious. Heavy with chocolate & coffee flavor. Extremely viscous with very little carbonation. Finishes sweet but balanced we boozie background. This is definitely a beer drinker's beer. — 10 years ago

Dale's Pale ALe

A great pale ale. As they call it, a Mountain Pale Ale. Nice, moderate hops. Not creamy like a W. Coast Pale Ale, but just a perfect blend of a refreshing beverage with satisfying hops. Love this beer. Watch out, it's 6.5%. Headed to Greek Fest soon. Diving into their wines later. — 8 years ago

IPA

Very solid offering from this great brewery, not the best IPA out there today, but the New Zealand/Australian hops give it something different that many others are doing as well, still west coast in style with that pine and dankest, and the tropical notes come in to play from these newer hops, gives in a fruity, juicy pallet, but still as I said, west coast mainly, pretty good — 10 years ago

HJW Vineyard Dry Riesling 2014

Last of the HJW sampling. Again a great American example of the varietal. In this wine you really get the "place" aspect of the wine. Less fruity more earthy. Highly recommend the HJW wines to have NY represented in your wine portfolio. Thanks again Oskar for allowing me to crash the party! — 9 years ago

Deviant Dale’s India Pale Ale

Outstanding IPA, for people that think all IPA's taste the same, this so different but great in the style, it is Dale's Pale pumped up, the Summit hops are what give that great flavor, one of kind IPA, love this beer — 10 years ago
