Ooh St Innocent. Wish all years were like 2002. So good. Still dark ruby with just a touch of bricking. Nose of a blackberry clove. Still tannins but soften with a little air. In the mouth is a full bodied earthy balanced black fruit that goes on and on. — 9 years ago
Way young. Sipped at opening: tight, but warm and nice and hot. Decant: 6 hours: plums, nice and soft on palate. 8 hours: ooh, better. 1 day: a joy, super long finish, lovely. Guzzled (no day 2 report). Hiding other bottles for a decade or so.. — 9 years ago
