This is just hitting it’s peak I feel (good for a few more years at least). The nose is all dried flowers, wet stone, blackberry, and hints of tobacco and vanilla round it out. On the palate, the blackberry carries throughout, with beautiful blueberry and currant highlights. This is a wine to relish on its own. 🤯 — 5 years ago

Batch No. 3. Sweet sweet pumpkin, roasted malt, and oak, with an intense punch of clove and nutmeg, followed by a bourbon finish. An impressive 18.8% abv is not what makes this difficult to drink in quantity, rather it's the cloying sweetness and aggressive spice. Nevertheless, a fine sipping accompaniment to the mild earth and nutty character of an Olivia Serie V Melanio cigar, which I rate a 9.4. Happy Thanksgiving to me! — 9 years ago

A must-drink for anyone who disrespects Oz. Excellent on the verge of profound, this has aged even better than Olivia Newton-John. Evoking aged northern Rhones with bacon fat, rich undergrowth and asian spice. Feels like it will still improve. — 7 years ago
