Real deal. Very youthful but still drinking quite well. Nose of black and red fruits, violets, fresh blackberries, woodsy notes, with just enough of that nuit St George savory note. On the palate, rich core of black wild berries and red cherries with more florality than you would spect from NSG. Opened up a ton over a couple of hours, but feels like it will turn spectacular in 5 years — 8 years ago
Forest floor, mushrooms, and concentrated earthiness on the nose. On the palate it was a different story- dark red fruit, wonderful balance, and great sense of place. Fantastic Côte de Nuit. — 9 years ago
A bit closed at the moment. Remember tasting this at the domaine a few years ago and it was great. Will need a few more years to come around again. Tannin and acidity to last! — 9 years ago

Beautiful. Everything you want from a young Côte du Nuit burgundy. Beautiful balance. — 8 years ago
A stunning new world pinot.... You really should not look for this wine. It's a baby and will last 20 more years.....wow what a wine. This would fool you for a mature burgundy. Definitely nuit st George esque in terms of fruit and masculinity this wine rocked. The folks I was tasting wine wondered if this could pair with steak.... Go figure. — 8 years ago
This is the best Bourgogne Rouge I've ever had. Dark purple and red fruits with ample spice notes. Smooth 1er cru Cote Nuit finish. — 9 years ago

Nice dry Tunisian wine from the wine region close to Hammamet. Intense bouquet, hint of roseberry, I had it with harissa, and with penne aux fruits de met et gingebre. Nice option in Tunis — 7 years ago
This is a worthy bottle that brings a little something different to the table. Pretty pale copper color. A subtle yet assertive nose of peach, apricot and wet stone. The flavor is reminiscent of watermelon rind and Rainer Cherry and really attacks the sides of the tongue with its prickly acidity. There's some barrel influence in there too which really comes out on the nutty finish. All in all a fun talking piece that could pair well with a variety of seafood or salads or just quench the thirst on a sunny summer afternoon. — 8 years ago

Told this was Carignan, a red grape typically, but not barely on skin so this a white wine. Really interesting, hard to place the taste, but nice. Medium body — 7 years ago
