Les enfants sont à la garderie. La promotion de Lo et l'achat de la nouvelle maison à célébrer. On commande Le Bourg 2010... malheureusement il ne reste que Poyeux 2011 ... pas grave ! Premier verre plutôt timide. Après 30 minutes, commence à se livrer. Très floral et sur les framboises. Texture caressant le palais. Longueur moyenne +. This 2002 trockenbeeredauslese is 9%. I don’t know how to rate this wine. It slightly oxidized in ac good way. Sweet and syrupy. Kinda heavy. Very intense flavors. Reminded me of upstate NY ice wine. The ice wine is similarly intense but lighter and fruitier. — 7 years ago
