Once again, Nick slipped something in my mouth and I have to thank him on the interweb. When does it end? Never heard of these peeps but I highly recommend. I never spell recommend correctly. — 9 years ago
I only wish this hadn't been my LAST drink of the night. Even so it was great. Full, powerful, berry, a little bit of dirt in a good way. Didn't need any time to open up. @Nick Rosenberg — 9 years ago

"Medium-light golden yellow color; attractive, spicy, baked apple aroma with a hint of cinnamon; medium-full body; slightly fleshy, crisp apple and pear flavors with good depth and intensity; lingering aftertaste. Very highly recommended."
- Nick Ponomareff, California Grapevine, March 2014
Our appellation Chardonnays are given less new oak - twenty to twenty-five percent - and spend less time in barrel - twelve months - than the single-vineyard wines, but otherwise are made identically to them. This includes whole-cluster pressing for delicacy, native-yeast fermentation, aging sur lies with bâtonnage, and full native malolactic fermentation. — 11 years ago

2016-02-14 Y O steak dinner with Nick in Dallas. Bold, strong start, smooth finish but lacking much ending character. — 9 years ago
This is surprisingly good. Rich and floral on the nose, grapefruit and apricot on the palate. Firm mineral backbone and a nice citrus zing. Would love to see how it will age. — 9 years ago
Awesome Taste! Not too sweet not too dry. Wish we could buy more. — 10 years ago
Soft, rich, long. Very concentrated flavours, very soft, supple tannins. 2002 vintage. — 10 years ago

Spice, pepper & liquorice are the main characters of this fine wine from fruit grown on the "Wyebo" property in the Adelaide Hillls purchased by Leo O'Leary in 1912. Drink now(I recommend!) or cellar with great potential to age. — 11 years ago

We have corinna's brother, Nick, this bottle for his 65th and he presented it today for New Years's day lunch; extremely pleasant, lots of tannins yet soft and light flavours. — 8 years ago
WOW!! Fantastic full bodied fruit driven cab sav. Hint of vanilla, and smooth, so smooth with virtually no tannins to speak of. Get me some more! — 9 years ago
My pic didn't turn out as well as @Nick Davis . Check out his. This is a cidery, wild, singular take on PX & Muscat that I wouldn't have thought possible if I hadn't drunk it. — 9 years ago

The Jimmy Watson Trophy is awarded to the best one year old Dry Red at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show and is highly sought after, guaranteeing an immediate sell out. To complicate matters only 250 cases of this wine were made and this wine won the 2011 JW Trophy. I managed to buy 2 bottles and this is my first and it is superb. Made by SA Shiraz Royalty in Nick Glaetzer from Tasmanian cool climate Shiraz. Aromas of Pepper, Egyptian spices, Incense. On the medium bodied palate spicy red fruits and more white pepper finishing with soft supple fine tannins. An absolutely lovely Northern Rhone style. Would defy anyone to pick this blind as an Australian Shiraz. — 8 years ago
