Gott! Lättdrucket och passar nog till det mesta :) — 11 years ago
Full, inky, chewy, soft but strong tannins. Beautiful wine but would be tough to pair with anything but barbecue. Probably best after dinner with cheese, chocolate, dried fruits. — 11 years ago
This is by far the best wine I've ever had. Smooth. Easy drinking OMG love it — 12 years ago
Really nice complex red wine. Excellent with heavy Italian food. — 12 years ago
Thick, dense, heavy, dry fruit. Good, clean, but not terribly versitile. Good that it was a dessert pairing. Will try again. — 9 years ago
Work has been hectic. Needed some me time tonight. F it (or no, F is also very good, but in this case I "I" 'd it. I I'd it. Id it? Oh F it you know what I mean!!!) Orin Swift letter (location) bottles are some of the best value bottles out there. Italy doesn't disappoint - $16 well-spent. Other me time highlights tonight: sushi, massage w/ a focus on occipitalis (oh yes....), my new fav JT jam on the radio, and being giddy about Chelsea's new Netflix show premier tonight. Oh, and this post was brought to you by the letter I — 10 years ago

Negroamaro from the heel... Not quite as we remembered it from L'Angolo Divino in Rome, but we were already a few bottles deep at that time. Thanks for bringing this to NYC Jules! — 11 years ago
Nice. Inaccessible after onion bagels. — 11 years ago

This dark Italian has black cherry and raspberry on the nose, with a solid grounding in soil. Spices and herbs decorate the aroma profile, with allspice and anise predominant. On the palate, it's a bold showing of dark fruit and currant accompanied by a savory, black olive edge. Those savory notes last long into the generous finish. — 9 years ago
