Not a common grape especially from here in BC, Canada...An Austrian variety grape that yields a rich full.body taste...balanced acidity and tannins aromas od spiciness and dark fruit berries...accents of vanilla and paired beautifully as recommended with Brie cheese that I purchased from the .shop...yes a winery and creamery at the same location. What a better way to showcase and taste both facets of UPPER BENCH. The wine paired beautifully with butterflied stuffed chicken beast with Upper bench brie and herbs. ...wild rice on the side and grilled asparagus.!!!!...Need more!!!!😄 A young wine that I am sure would prove to be even better with a prolonged stint in the wine cellar. — 9 years ago

A lighter nose with a palate of cranberry, strawberry and a light zesting of orange. A darker, deeper rosé with a long fruity finish. — 9 years ago
Incredible. Fruit forward but not jammy. Sadly for wine club members only. — 9 years ago
Complex and very pleasant. Nice nose and decent length. Fruity and floral more than mineral. Good balance. Went very well with fresh seafood from BC. — 9 years ago
Flavourful and smooth merlot — 9 years ago
Very nice for the summertime. Limeade. Very minerally. Crisp. Tight, but with a wet, sticky finish. Ok then. — 10 years ago
Nice lingering taste. Paired very well with roasted lamb leg — 10 years ago
#bcwine #okanagan #nomnom 2012 Terravista 'Fandango' Albariño/Verdejo, Okanagan, BC. A stunning example of Spanish varieties outside of #spain. Bright with notes of pear, banana, peach and lemongrass. Racy acid on the finish. One of my favourite wines on this trek. #wine #sommelier #canada — 11 years ago
Beautiful full bodied merlot Balanced with medium tannins. So smooth $35 before taxes — 9 years ago
Smooth from start to finish, full silky flavor with soft, sweet nose, very balanced. Not sure if it's worth the $24 price... — 9 years ago
Perfect. Full of fruit, slightly floral. This Viognier is done so well. Love it. — 9 years ago
Round, rich, long on the tongue, very balanced, complex. What a wine. — 9 years ago
The 2011 vintage reminds me of the "lemon bar" frozen custard you can get at the American Cheesesteak Company here in Vancouver. Fabulous and refreshing! Each of the vintages of this wine have a slightly different story to tell mostly related to their level of "butterscotchiness". The 2011 really is more about the lemon. Yummy! — 9 years ago
Outstanding. Fairly full bodied and jammy for a pinot noir. Delicious. — 10 years ago
Surprisingly solid. — 10 years ago
A personal favorite. Nice "grey" (orange really) colour. Fruity while still fresh. Screams summer patio. — 11 years ago
