Slightly cloudy, amber, cherry juice! Slight fizz at the end but could that be from my overheated and broken wine fridge? Possibly 0 years pas the peak but still amazing. #winebid — 5 years ago

Dark purple in color with a wide purplish/ reddish rim.
Sweet nose of blueberries, cherry pie, oak, spices, tobacco, brown sugar, licorice and light herbs.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

This is a very enjoyable Zinfandel based blend from Dry Creek Valley. Showing mild complexity at this point, with a nice, smooth mouthfeel.
This 3-year-old is starting to drink nicely, and will get better in the next few years. Easy drinking and good by itself.
An elegant style of Zinfandel. Not in your face kind of wine.
Good right out of the bottle and good for parties.

This has a very RRV characteristic that I don't normally see in Dry Creek, except maybe Nalle. It has a lifted bright bramble cranberry fruit I love and a transparancy. It reminds me very much of the Harvest Moon Pitts home vineyard but a bit softer and riper.. I love this wine. ( also a bit higher in ABV than Harvest Moon.) No apparent oak whatsoever. Excellent. Want more and let age 2 more years. — 7 years ago
Dynamite. Low alcohol zin that goes perfectly with food. Loved it. Loved the company, loved the garden fresh veggies and penne pepperonata. — 7 years ago

This 3-year-old Zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley is starting to drink nicely, although still young.
Nicely balanced and fruit forward. Showing mild complexity with a soft mouth feel.
Easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine. Tangy, bright and interesting.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years, and see how it evolved.
I had it all by itself and paired it with a beautiful sunny day.
