Very clean light flora aromas sweet rice — 6 years ago
Candylike aromas on the nose of pear and red apple, bubblegum, cherry blossom. Sweet cherry blossom and honey on the palate with a big dose of anise, red and black licorice. Pure and crystalline but just a bit oversweet and medicinal to me. — 8 years ago
Great nose, a bit of texture but smooth and a sweet finish. Notes of flowers — 8 years ago

Nice, dry, and not sweet. Super smooth. Didn’t quite catch the flavor off there but it has some subtle notes. Love it. — 6 years ago
Wow! Does improve with air & time, but rich round taste. — 7 years ago
At Dyptique, Cheval Blanc Maldives. Not a huge amount on the nose. Creamy, ambrosia, no obvious florals. On the palate, off dry but creamy. Delicious. Rice pudding and cream notes - lovely texture and some obvious acidity. Long finish. Very enjoyable. — 7 years ago
Silky melon and cucumber with touches of lemon and anise. Smooth dry finish. — 8 years ago
Beautifully balanced. Absolutely delicious — 8 years ago
Really like this kimoto Junmai.
Smells like bran flakes with banana and milk with the merest hint of white peoper and ripe nectarine.
Complex mushroom and chestnut on the palate with a good dollop of acidity and umami. Delicious — 8 years ago

My go to sake. — 10 years ago
Drank over 6 weeks opened in my fridge and it stayed fresh throughout. Richly layered aromas and flavors of chocolates, pistachio, green grapes, and honeydew melon with floral undertones. Savory but offset by some residual sugar. Sufficiently robust for the main course. Really nice. — 6 years ago
I could drink more of this than I should! — 7 years ago
One of the better sakes I've had, almost fortified — 7 years ago
