Holy Moses! Beautiful nose. Nuanced berries. Subtle berry sweetness. My goodness. This is my go-to for Spring and Summer Pinot — 9 years ago

Vivid, textural chardonnay from Touraine made by the pétillant naturel (méthode ancestrale) master | Very handy for the end the year celebrations... or all year around! NV Pascal Potaire & Moses Gadouche Les Capriades Pépin la Bulle — 12 years ago
Holy Moses where did that come from!? It's dark, but light on its feet, aromatic yet gripping, spicy...yet smooth. I don't understand it, but I would take it home to meet my Mom. Currants, wild berries, plum, baking spices, pepper, cedar, and just the right amount of astringency to keep everything tight and focused. Tannins are unquestionably strong, but undoubtably smooth. — 10 years ago
In the old testament Moses sends two men forward to scout the promised land, they go and return carrying bunches of red grapes so large and god filled that they had to transport em hung unstemmed on a long pole carried on the shoulders of the two fellows. Proof they had been and seen the Promised Land ahead. If any grapes broke and that juice ran free down the pole and they, in their thirst, drank that broken juice, Chateau Unang was what it tasted like. — 11 years ago
Freezing my ass off in NYC and back at Cipriani... How many $20 bills have I palmed Fabio over the years, but he parts at least 50 people to give me the best table in the house... This Moses parting this human Red Sea greets me with two kisses and a welcome Mr. Peter... Love this guy... Anyway, Scott & Deb, two of my oldest clients join me... Deb looks exactly the way she looked 20 years ago and Scott looks great... This wine; AIA!!! Velvety, rich, dark, seductive... It's a beautiful woman in a glass... Ornellaia and Sassicaia... Two of my favorites... Still young, but oh so drinkable... — 11 years ago
