黒ブドウ ピノ・ノワールで
目を閉じて飲むと完全に白ワイン。
後味は若干、皮の渋味を感じるが気にならない。

Beautiful Riesling 👌 — 6 years ago
This is one of the cat bottles. A nice, crisp Riesling with a touch of sweetness. Citrus and Granny Smith apple. Went well with bulgogi. Would definitely drink again. (2017 vintage) — 7 years ago
Vintage 2011 / what a totally different wine #sangiovese can give from one terroir or the other in #tuscany. This #morellinodiscansano is made with 85% sangiovese and 15% cabernet sauvignon and canaiolo. Very different compared with eg chianti. The wine gives beautiful red fruit / cherries when opened, clearly tannins even after 8 y, and a characteristic nice bitterness. It’s not easy, a wine with character. After 4 to 6 hours aeration the wine has softened, shows spicyness. I love this docg/origin especially when it has ripened. — 7 years ago
I thought I would get into Guigal’s 2012 Ch. N. De P. To see if it was worth stocking up for the long haul. It is. Not the deepest EG has ever produced. But the structure is solid with a fair bit of cassis, wet stones, leather, tobacco, black licorice. Tannins are there, but not fierce. Not sure how much aging will affect the wine, but even if it stays as is that’s okay. — 8 years ago
NV. Great clarity with lots of bubbles. On the nose: buttery biscuits and crisp yellow apples. On the palette, juicy yellow apples. Great fizzy body when swished in the mouth. Crisp enough for me, but not as sharp as some other grand crus that I have had (eg., Mailly is very crisp with a little graphite/no biscuit). Long, dry finish that leaves a little bit of biscuit in the mouth. A really lovely grand cru champers that you'll want to throw back. 12% ABV. — 9 years ago
Just the right amount of sweetness. I'd recommend this to anyone. — 10 years ago
Tasted blind. Reddish tawny color. Edges suggest its old. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, iron, roses. Some zing and power in the nose. Slaps your face when tasted. Sappy. Powerful impact. Long finish. Other guesses were in Burgundy land eg Griotte but I went with 90 Rayas. Bingo. — 6 years ago
Surprisingly delightful for the price. No acidic taste, fairly sweet but not overpowering. Paired decent with curry@ — 7 years ago
German Pinot Grigio, a dry Pinot Grigio with tart green apple flavors and a nice peach backbone. First Pinot Grigio outta Germany, nice. — 8 years ago
Pale to Mid Lemon in colour. Aromas of passion fruit with some barrel ferment character. Refreshing with low acid. A little Sauvignon Gris and Semillon in the blend so the label says. A delicious wine. A little oak complements SB eg. like Bordeaux Blanc. — 8 years ago

Great tasting. — 9 years ago
Such a cool bottle, and a neat and tight Riesling. Melon and crisp bright white peach, medium sweet with somewhat sporadically placed bits of dryness. Quirky and unique — 10 years ago
