Dewazakura is my favorite Sake brand. I am so happy to have found it locally, especially with all the other local brewers competing for shelf space. — 8 years ago

Yamazaki Kamoshi Yumeginka Dream/ Yamazaki Co.ltd/ Aichi prefecture/ Yumeginka (species of rice for sake brewing) polished rate 50%/ junmaidaiginjo unpasteurized/ fruity sweet aroma of pear, apple, melon, mild and smooth sweet attack, juicy acid and clear smooth bitterness, very good balance. Beautiful one! — 9 years ago
Mellow and smooth we take it. I feel the need for food with this beverage and fortunately some sauerkraut sandwiches and hand rolls did ok for simple finger foods...but I feel like some more meaty food is needed here to flesh out the better nuances available in this drink, and some rice, of course. Preparedness is key, be forewarned. Greatness abounds and I was not prepared to handle this beautiful woman the way she wanted. — 10 years ago

This seasonal sake is called “Jumai Ginjo Namzake” from the Harushika Sake Brewery in Nara, Japan. It is insanely smooth sake that has a subtle cherry fragrance and aftertaste without it being too sweet. It’s one of the best sake’s I’ve tasted! — 6 years ago
