90 Albariño, 5 Caino, 5 Loureiro; Rosal is a tiny appellation situated right where the Mino River empties into the Atlantic Ocean. Intensely saline, almost iodized. Densely textured, with powerful aromas/flavors of wet stones, sea spray, ripe citrus. Tiny bit of trapped CO2 + bracing (and appropriate) acidity. #rosal #ríasbaixas #couselo — 6 years ago

A nicely acidic nose of tart raspberry and ripe red fruits. The palate is equally acidic, with a slight “sour warhead” characteristic, with flavors of ripe red fruits, tart cherries, and lemon notes but with a slight funky undertone that may be a result of the natural fermentation. I enjoyed this, fizzy and fun, high brunch recommendation, on its own, enjoy it as is. — 3 years ago

Mas evolucionado que el 14 en color, buena nariz cítricos dulces, fruta de hueso y muy floral. En boca buena entrada, potente goloso y con un muy buen final. — 9 years ago

Rich & intense nose. A leather, tobacco, an oak and fruity sweetness. Very enjoyable. — 3 months ago
